From the first time I saw this painting, it brought me back to seeing my grandmother during one of our family Shabbat dinners, or to one of our Seders that began with her lead.
Visualizing my Grammy (Anna Resnick) at that moment as the room got quiet and her voice that settled everyone into the moment, this is what your art brings me.
I waited for this morning with anticipation and was so pleased to see that I finally hit the button at the right time (took me a few times to get my card number right) to purchase the art you created.
I will be the fortunate one to hang this in my home, so I can pass your work daily and be reminded to carry on my grandmother's work forward.
One day I will pass this on to my own daughter, Anna. Yeah me!!!!
