Jerusalem Earth Tones Love Tree KetubahRegular price $250.00
In Judaism, The Tree of Life is a mystical symbol used in Kabbalah to describe the path to enlightenment. Inspired by this concept, I painted a couple in love, their bodies blending into one, intertwined with a beautiful tree -- a symbol of their relationship, their connection, their love and passion for each other and the journey on which they are setting forth together. During a Jewish wedding, it is traditional to say "If I forget thee, oh Jerusalem, may I forget my right arm." This ketubah features a Jerusalem landscape, which captures the beauty of this mysterious, spiritual place.
I work on each and every piece myself in my studio in California, lovingly touching up all the details, carefully examining it and making sure it is absolutely perfect before I gently package it and send it to you. Your ketubah will arrive having been bathed in joy and positive energy, ready to celebrate.
